Due to the handmade, personalized, and curated nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@hunterbooks.ca within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Past boxes

• Stickers or paper goods

• Used books

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
