By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

• All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise specified.

• Orders ship from Toronto, Ontario via tracked shipping.

• You are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

• All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of incorrect or damaged items, with photo proof submitted within 7 days.

• Some items (e.g., tote bags, mugs) are fulfilled by third-party providers like Printify. In those cases, fulfillment and shipping times may vary slightly.

• We use third-party applications (Seal Subscriptions) to manage recurring subscription payments. These apps may access limited customer information strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your subscription. Hunter Books does not sell or share your personal data beyond what is required to process and deliver your order.

Hunter Books reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, policies, or services at any time.
